A Changemaker Fellowship cohort dedicated to UN system staff

AI coaching & training to accelerate your impact

A global 10-week program cohort specifically designed to support UN system staff ready to build their capacity as AI champions and lead adoption across agencies, regional offices, and country teams in support of the UN 2.0 agenda.

Accelerating impact starts with investing in the people who navigate complexity and make high-stakes decisions every day to support their communities. As shifting economic landscapes and donor behaviors push organizations to rethink their efficiency and delivery models, the Changemaker Fellowship will support staff at nonprofit and UN system organizations to tackle real-world challenges by moving from AI interest to responsible and strategic implementation.
Delivered by Caribou in collaboration with Microsoft Elevate and EY, the Fellowship is a global 10-week program that combines practical training, peer exchange, and hands-on support to enable you to develop an implementation-ready AI Adoption Plan tailored to a real organisational challenge.
Within this global program, a dedicated pathway supports UN system staff across policy, operations, communications, and service delivery in using AI to create practical and institutionally-aligned solutions that strengthen outcomes across the UN system. This cohort has been intentionally designed around the realities of the UN80 agenda, the Global Digital Compact, and the Sustainable Development Goals, recognizing the growing need for UN system organizations to deliver greater impact with constrained resources.

The 10-Week learning journey

The curriculum, requiring approximately 4-6 hours per week, focuses on three pillars: foundational AI learning, practical tool application, and the development of a practical AI Adoption Plan. For UN system cohorts, we will dive deeper into the unique requirements of the UN system, focusing on five topics.
  1. SDG and UN80 alignment
  2. International cooperation and accountability
  3. Global Digital Compact considerations
  4. Cross-agency replicability and adoption
  5. Responsible and ethical AI in high-accountability institutional environments
